Own the product vision and backlog for one or more Portfolio Management capabilities
Translate portfolio manager needs into clear, actionable product increments, delivered sprint by sprint
Lead and continuously prioritize the backlog for 1–2 full-stack scrum teams, balancing PM value, platform quality, and technical health
Work closely with engineers and designers to shape workflows, interactions, and data models that make sense in real front-office contexts
Build deep understanding of portfolio manager workflows, including: Portfolio monitoring and decision preparation, Exposure and risk analysis, Scenario evaluation and rebalancing, Order generation and execution workflows
Write precise product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, focused on PM intent and outcomes
Use PM feedback, usage data, and client input to validate priorities and iterate quickly
Collaborate with other Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure coherent front-office workflows across Portfolio Management and adjacent product areas
Support demos and client discussions, grounding conversations in real portfolio manager use cases
Act as a constant voice of the portfolio manager in product and design decisions
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Experience building B2B or enterprise software, ideally for asset managers or other front-office users
Strong understanding of Portfolio Management, Portfolio Construction, and PM decision-making workflows
Comfort working with analytics, data, and financial concepts
Proven ability to lead agile teams and deliver real outcomes
Clear written and verbal communication
Pragmatic, outcome-oriented mindset
Ability to zoom out to understand how PMs think — and zoom in to refine workflows, interactions, and details
Experience with analytics-heavy or workflow-driven products
Experience with SimCorp Dimension® or similar platforms
