You will work closely with our production stakeholders to elicit, refine and prioritize their challenges and requirements related to automation, process optimization and digital production solutions
You will guide the development team through the business requirements and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned
You will translate domain requirements from the production environment into stories and epics together with the team, breaking them down into actionable steps to ensure continuous progress
You will create and manage tickets for internal teams and external service providers, proactively addressing the team’s needs
You will maintain and manage the product backlogs and identify dependencies to ensure effective release planning
You will play a central role in prioritizing requirements through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
You will act as the central communication point to ensure maximum transparency for all stakeholders and keep all relevant parties continuously informed
You will drive the implementation of requirements and take project ownership for production-relevant, cross-team initiatives to successfully deliver solutions and features
You will coordinate the engagement of external service providers, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and proactively contribute to strategic discussions so product decisions consistently focus on efficiency, scalability and business impact

You have solid professional experience as a Product Owner and/or Project Manager in an agile environment, ideally with a focus on production, manufacturing or industrial IT systems
You have proven success in designing and implementing automation or digitization projects in a production environment
You enjoy working at the interface between business and IT and have a deep understanding of end-to-end production processes
Your willingness to dive into complex IT topics demonstrates your technical understanding and commitment
You see yourself as an integral part of the development team and act as a driving force within the team
With your expertise in Confluence, Jira or similar systems you foster an efficient and structured project environment
Your facilitation and assertiveness skills make you a driving force for the team
You bring strong self-motivation combined with a structured, goal-oriented working style
You are business-fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a high degree of freedom to shape things and a fast pace of execution
