Conduct market, competitive, and customer landscape analyses to identify strategic opportunities, inform positioning, and strengthen the retail marketing value proposition
Develop executive-level presentations, strategic narratives, and decision-support materials that synthesize complex findings into concise, compelling recommendations
Support end-to-end management of large-scale strategic initiatives, including problem framing, hypothesis development, strategic planning, and execution alignment
Drive stakeholder alignment and maintain strategic continuity across cross-functional teams and leadership groups
Requirements
Senior-level strategic marketing experience with demonstrated success acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner to executive marketing leadership within large, matrixed organizations
Proven track record shaping and delivering large-scale, transformative marketing strategies and initiatives
Strong analytical and financial acumen, including hands-on experience building business cases, investment models, ROI frameworks, and strategic analyses
Ability to partner effectively with analytics and finance organizations to translate data into actionable strategic insight
Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
