Compensation Analyst

Role Overview

• Execute and manage the division’s annual sales compensation plans, ensuring strict adherence to audit and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain SOP documentation and refine incentive policies.
• Deliver monthly reports and provide ongoing operational support.
• Drive process improvements and support strategic compensation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with members of Finance, Commercial Operations and Commercial teams.
• Ensure that audit compliance is adhered to through accurate record maintenance.

Requirements

• Demonstrates expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite, leveraging advanced data manipulation, reporting, and automation skills to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity, accuracy, and quality in all deliverables.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and managing complex data sets to support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audiences.
• Programming or audit experience is a valuable asset, further strengthening analytical rigor and ensuring process integrity.
• Must be willing to work in US-UK hours.
