Execute and manage the division’s annual sales compensation plans, ensuring strict adherence to audit and compliance standards.
Develop and maintain SOP documentation and refine incentive policies.
Deliver monthly reports and provide ongoing operational support.
Drive process improvements and support strategic compensation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate closely with members of Finance, Commercial Operations and Commercial teams.
Ensure that audit compliance is adhered to through accurate record maintenance.
Requirements
Demonstrates expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite, leveraging advanced data manipulation, reporting, and automation skills to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity, accuracy, and quality in all deliverables.
5+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and managing complex data sets to support strategic decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audiences.
Programming or audit experience is a valuable asset, further strengthening analytical rigor and ensuring process integrity.
Must be willing to work in US-UK hours.
