- Develop and lead complex projects

Requirements
- BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience or PhD/JD with 1+ year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating and developing COA instruments
- Practical experience in performing observational research
- Strong working knowledge of health economics
- Understanding of global drug development, outcomes research, COA instrument development
- Strong project management, strategic, and analytic skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
