About this role
Role Overview
Manage proposition development projects, from inception to delivery
Work with all business functions to develop concepts into fully specified propositions
Research, plan, negotiate and manage contracts with new and existing 3rd party providers as necessary
Ensure that propositions are commercially sound, meet our customers’ needs and are priced effectively
Effectively utilise expertise to successfully deliver new propositions and improve existing portfolio
Work with functional areas to build channel and operational readiness; and to plan and execute launch activities
Develop proposition performance metrics / success measures
Track performance of individual propositions; recommend and implement improvement actions as required
Keep aware of changes in the market, customer needs and regulatory drivers
Requirements
Experience working in B2B energy or a similar competitive market
Good knowledge of energy propositions and pricing
Good understanding of the customer journey, business process and systems
Good knowledge of the energy market and regulatory landscape
An understanding of proposition development processes
Knowledge and understanding of the business’s key performance indicators
Understanding of the commercial aims and objectives of Centrica
Capable of working effectively without supervision, to deliver work to deadlines at a consistently high level of quality
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
