Responsible for driving enterprise-wide top line revenue growth for Personal Care / Private Duty services.
Develop and execute revenue strategies, overseeing sales operations.
Ensure the attainment of growth targets across markets.
Lead revenue strategy execution and manage new market revenue initiatives.
Optimize pricing structures and ensure consistent Business Development performance.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and VP of Hospice Revenue to align growth initiatives with operational capacity.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales or revenue leadership experience within the healthcare industry, with emphasis on Personal Care, post-acute, or community-based services.
Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-market revenue teams, drive operational efficiency, and implement strategic growth initiatives.
Strong financial acumen including pricing strategy, margin performance, and revenue modeling.
