Role Overview
- Execute and own components of ServiceNow GRC implementations
- Configure workflows for policy, risk, and control management
- Support design and improvement of GRC processes
- Maintain and enhance GRC data models and controls
- Troubleshoot system issues and drive resolution or escalation
- Collaborate with IT on platform performance and integrations
- Analyze GRC data to identify risks and inefficiencies
- Prepare reports on compliance metrics and risk indicators
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align solutions
- Provide updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Document system configurations and process changes
- Support user training and adoption of GRC tools
- Identify process and system improvement opportunities
- Contribute to risk transformation initiatives
- Share knowledge and support team capability development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in compliance, information security, risk management, and/or system implementation
- A minimum of two years of experience implementing and/or supporting ServiceNow GRC
- Understanding of compliance, privacy, and information security
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
- Experience with GRC frameworks and regulatory requirements
