Support the preparation and execution of Kubermatic’s presence at external conferences and trade shows (e.g., booth setup, logistics, and on-site coordination).
Coordinate event-related materials such as booth assets, demos, and branded merchandise (SWAG).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, lead follow-ups, data reporting, and invitation processes.
Assist in planning smaller-scale activities like webinars, meetups, and workshops (without full ownership).
Manage marketing content and branding through all marketing channels related to events and campaigns.
Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and service providers for event-related deliverables.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, partners, and the product team, to reach ROI.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in event management, marketing, or a related field, or bring 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Some hands-on experience supporting events, marketing activities, or project coordination.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English. German would be good as well.
