Lead delivery of large, sophisticated Data and AI programmes or multiple concurrent projects from inception through outcome delivery.
Own demand planning, prioritisation, forecasting, and budgeting across the data delivery portfolio.
Define, lead and supervise delivery to agreed methodology, quality standards, and architectural principles.
Act as the primary partner concern point for delivery issues from a customer perspective.
Ensure formal acceptance of work and successful transition to steady-state operations.
Engage with Solutions Architects to understand prioritised customer demand and use-case plans.
Serve as the accountable technical lead across customers, selling teams and internal collaborators.
Lead onboarding, enablement, launch and healthy production consumption of Data & AI workloads.
Develop and implement a clear point-of-view on accelerating priority Data & AI use cases into production.

Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in IT delivery management
5 years’ experience delivering Data and/or AI solutions at enterprise scale.
Experience in customer-facing roles such as delivery management, consulting, architecture, pre-sales or customer success.
Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across onshore, nearshore and offshore locations
Proven track record of over-achievement against delivery, commercial or growth targets.
Strong data platform proficiency, including Databricks, Azure Data Hub or equivalent enterprise data platforms, Distributed data systems and architectures.
SAP suite of products
BDC and SAC
Programming experience in Python, SQL and/or Scala.
Understanding of data engineering, AI/ML pipelines and cloud data platforms.
Ability to engage in technical build discussions and architecture decisions with customers.
