About this role
Role Overview
Provide Information Technology (IT) support services
Perform systems upgrades, system support, and problem logging/troubleshooting using the Action Request System (Remedy/ITSM/)
Provide Network, Server, and Desktop administration and help desk support to customers
Install, configure and administer Windows servers and desktop computers
Provide end-user support as needed for computer and web account management and problem resolution
Work with system administrators and team members to resolve inter-system issues
Work with the Information Assurance Manager (IAM) and Information Assurance Officer (IAO) to identify and resolve security issues
Perform remote and on-site desktop management assistance
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, peripheral devices, and printers
Support imaging of computer devices (desktop/laptop)
Perform hardware break/fix
Track and provide weekly metrics on completion of actions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
3
5 years of experience in an IT environment
DoD 8570 Baseline Certification; IAT Level II: Security+ or Microsoft Technology Associate or CCNA
National Security background investigation required, Secret
