Implement a range of surgical products and services in hospitals, mainly in the operation room and focused on sales growth
Identify sales prospects, prepare action plans, follow up on new leads and referrals
Interact with purchasing managers/hospital administrators to set up and negotiate broader sales contracts
Maintain customer knowledge by gathering information about account activities and potential, key decision makers, competitive participation, market share etc.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s Degree with senior sales experience with a demonstrated track record
High motivation, sales-driven, enthusiastic attitude, comfortable with change and growth, excellent organizational, interpersonal, persuasive, communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in Dutch and very good level of English
Advanced presentation and negotiation skills and used to work independently with a high level of time management skills
Service-oriented team player concerned with helping people, business-minded and with an entrepreneurial spirit
