Deliver AI features that move the numbers: You own AI features end-to-end — receipt recognition, classification, automatic drafting of tax response letters, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) over client records.
Be obsessed with the user: You run discovery the hard way — interviews, shadowing sessions, and synthesis of raw feedback.
Own the roadmap and defend trade-offs: You are responsible for your product line roadmap end-to-end.
Hold the design bar high: You set and protect a high visual standard.
Run on data, not gut feeling: You define the KPIs that matter.
Push the AI frontier: You don’t just follow the AI debate — you help drive it.
Be the connective tissue: You sit between engineering, tax advisory, and clients, and accelerate the organization as a result.

Product experience: 3–6 years in product management within B2B SaaS, FinTech, Finance, Tax, or a comparably complex environment.
AI track record: At least one AI/LLM feature shipped to production — including real evaluations, prompt iteration, and ownership of cost–quality trade-offs.
Client empathy that translates: Genuine empathy for both the advisor under deadline pressure and the client who simply wants certainty — and the discipline to translate that empathy into product decisions.
Eye for design: Comfortable with Figma at sketching and review level.
AI enthusiasm: You use AI products daily, critique them (publicly or privately), and have clear opinions on where they should evolve.
Self-driven execution: You don’t wait to be unblocked.
Structured thinking: MECE, first principles, hypothesis-driven.
Communication: Excellent English (C2). German is a strong plus.
Domain background: Experience in Finance, Tax, Accounting, or related domains is a strong plus.
