Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure effective budget control, oversight, and reporting;
Track KPIs and deliver actionable management reporting;
Prepare annual investment plans and ongoing financial forecasts;
Prepare monthly financial variance analyses and communicate performance;
Manage financial operations using QuickBooks, including cost centers, reconciliations, and financial reporting;
Work with external accountants and auditors to ensure accurate financial statements;
Coordinate with external consultants and key stakeholders on applying for and managing public incentives, such as PT2030.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles;
Proven ability to lead a finance department, fostering collaboration and accountability with external parties (e.g., accounting firms);
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English;
Solid understanding of financial principles, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis;
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail;
Spanish language skills are a plus;
Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CIMA) are advantageous.
