Develop and lead complex projects, managing plans to achieve objectives and ensuring successful outcomes.
Manage economic research studies for clinical trials, evaluating the economic value of products and therapies.
Formulate and oversee research plans, ensuring the scientific quality and integrity of all strategies.
Implement analytic strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and understand NHS policy and guidelines and their impact on various customer groups.
Collaborate with Accounts and Sales teams to identify and assess opportunities, utilizing clinical and health economic models to maximize sales and enhance customer interactions.
Requirements
BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience or PhD/JD with 1+ year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in evaluating and developing COA instruments for inclusion in clinical studies that meet regulatory agency standards for label claims
Practical experience in performing observational research in any setting, including life-sciences company, research organization, academic institution, or governmental agency
Strong working knowledge of health economics and its application to health economic modeling/analyses
Understanding of global drug development, outcomes research, and COA instrument development and the methods addressed in the Food and Drug Administration Procurement Guidance
Strong project management, strategic, and analytic skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
