Product Owner, Product Management

Role Overview

• Represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience
• Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
• Collaborate closely with project developer and business analyst to meet user needs
• Manage relationships with various stakeholders and engage others effectively
• Establish product backlog for projects and mandates
• Advise clients and partners on strategic projects and mandates
• Develop policies and standards to support strategic projects
• Identify major problems and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
• Coach other product owners and represent Desjardins Group's position in negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of six years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French is required
