Drive the development and structuring of the user journey and roadmap for Technical System Ownership
Map system landscapes, ownership structures, and related meta-models
Work closely with TSOs, VFOs, architecture teams, and other stakeholders
Collect questions, concerns, and feedback from multiple teams
Consolidate input into practical guidelines and ways of working
Develop and document instructions, governance frameworks, and usable models
Create alignment across a complex organizational setup

Proven hands-on experience working as a Technical System Owner (TSO)
Strong understanding of system ownership models, governance structures, and system landscapes
Experience working in large and complex organizations
Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Ability to turn complex input into clear direction, guidance, and documentation
Strong communication skills and a structured, methodical way of working
Willingness to complete a background check before the assignment starts
