Regional & account responsibility: You actively and independently develop your sales territory.
Management of a defined client portfolio: Strategic expansion of existing key accounts with a focus on growth and listings.
New business development & pipeline management: Active field sales with approximately 8 appointments per week.
Independent pipeline management including forecasting in the CRM.
Revenue responsibility & performance: You deliver measurable results and drive business success.
Customer relationships & market presence: You stay close to customers and build strong networks.
Collaboration & working style: You work in a structured way and closely with internal teams.
Requirements
B2B field sales experience: At least 3 years of experience in B2B field sales.
Proven track record in new business acquisition and account expansion.
Experience with digital products, SaaS, or platform models: Ideally exposure to PropTech, real estate, or related industries.
Hunter and farmer mentality: Strong in prospecting and in sustainable account management.
Communication and advisory skills: Confident when dealing with decision-makers.
Structured working methods and proficient with CRM systems.
