Manage end-to-end account management activities with a strong focus on book of business growth, renewals, strategic planning, and upselling, including the negotiation of contracts and agreements
Lead regular check-ins and strategic planning sessions with brand partners, working alongside Customer Success to deliver performance reporting and data analytics
Maintain Salesforce hygiene and leverage internal tools to analyse book of business data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements
Represent the business at industry networking events such as PI Live, YMS, and affiliate events to build and strengthen brand relationships
Collaborate cross-functionally through internal multi-threading with media strategy and other teams to support the full sales lifecycle
Requirements
Experience in a dedicated account management role, ideally within a fast-paced, commercial environment
Proven track record of growing a book of business, with demonstrable success in driving revenue, renewals, and upsell opportunities
Confident and personable in client-facing settings, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities, spot trends in performance data, and translate insights into action
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior brand contacts
