About this role
Role Overview
- Lead and scale iL Tutto’s global DTC eCommerce business
- Own the full digital customer journey, from acquisition through to retention
- Build and maintain international websites, including UK and future markets
- Manage Shopify Plus ecosystem, including all integrations and apps
- Oversee day to day site performance, uptime, speed, and functionality
- Develop localisation strategies including currency, pricing and promotions
- Own the trading calendar, including promotions, campaigns, and product launches
- Own reporting across all eCommerce channels and markets
- Manage and mentor the eCommerce Coordinator
- Collaborate with marketing to align paid media, content, and eCommerce performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Senior eCommerce role, ideally in DTC retail
- Strong expertise in Shopify Plus and ecosystem management
- Experience managing international eCommerce websites
- Hands on experience with email and SMS platforms, Attentive preferred
- Strong SEO knowledge with experience using SEMrush, GA4, and Search Console
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and conversion optimisation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience managing and developing team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ADDITIONAL BONUS: Experience in nursery, furniture, or lifestyle categories
- Experience with pre order or launch strategies
- Experience scaling international DTC brands
