Serving as the IP attorney for the business operating committee and their leadership team
Providing counsel, expertise, and strategic advice to business leaders
Proactively advising and educating business leaders on global IP issues
Partnering with the business to create and execute data-driven, externally informed IP strategies
Managing the global IP portfolio and outside counsel
Managing all offensive and defensive IP disputes globally
Drafting and negotiating all IP centric agreements globally
Assessing new product launches for third-party IP rights
Identifying and communicating global IP risks
Supporting M&A and investment activity
Coordinating the implementation of global IP programs
Managing the IP budget for the business
Leading multiple projects from ideation to launch

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Required licensure to practice law within at least one state
License to practice before the USPTO
Twelve (12) years of experience in intellectual property law
At least five (5) years of experience in a large, multinational company
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a science, engineering, or math discipline from an accredited institution
