Help run the Office of the CEO: Drive day-to-day coordination across priorities, support executive workflows, and ensure key initiatives, meetings, and follow-ups are well-structured and moving forward.
Support Corporate Affairs Priorities: Help bring Boomi’s narrative and positioning to life across key audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency in how we communicate internally and externally.
Drive Strategic Initiatives: Lead and support high-priority, cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO and executive team, helping move work forward from concept through execution.
Contribute to Market Engagement: Support how Boomi shows up with customers, partners, and the broader market through content, coordination, and preparation for key moments.
Enable Executive Effectiveness: Assist in preparing for critical moments including executive communications, customer and partner engagements, and leadership forums.
Support Operating Rhythm & Alignment: Help coordinate leadership cadences and forums to ensure alignment on priorities, decisions, and follow-through.
Represent the Office of the CEO: Operate with a high level of discretion and judgment, effectively representing the Office of the CEO across internal and external interactions.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in strategy, operations, corporate affairs, or related roles within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
Experience working on cross-functional projects and supporting initiatives that span multiple teams.
Strong communication skills, with experience developing content for senior leaders or executive audiences.
Understanding of B2B technology businesses and how companies position and operate in competitive markets.
Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Willingness to learn, take ownership, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
