As a Trainee, you will support our team on exciting client projects in Retail & Services
Gradually you will take on responsibility for digital projects and gain an understanding of the industries of our clients
You will support the team in developing and implementing digital solutions (apps, portals, process workflows) for international clients
You will help to understand client requirements and translate them into initial solution concepts and digital processes
You will contribute to presentations, proposals and client meetings and gain insights into day-to-day project work
You will assist in planning and coordinating projects and, together with the team, help keep deadlines on track
You will work closely with project managers, developers and designers and take on your first independent tasks
You will monitor market and technology trends and support analyses and the identification of new opportunities and potentials
You will assist in identifying upsell and growth opportunities with existing clients and help develop suitable approaches

Degree: Bachelor/Master in Business Administration or Business Informatics — or currently pursuing one
Ideally some practical experience in IT, digital or project environments
Confident and professional presence
Strong affinity for digitalization and its technical implementation
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Very good German and English language skills
