Implement and execute all import and export operations for Costa Rica Manufacturing Site
Support logistics providers tender processes
Communicate with strategic internal stakeholders and external providers and authorities delivering quality and service level requirements
Guarantee compliance with local regulation/ free trade zone regime and J&J Policy
Implement solutions to streamline compliance procedures and minimize risks
Implement operational performance process through elaboration and review of import/export reports

University bachelor’s degree in international trade, supply chain management, finance, laws or a related field
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in international trade management
Strong understanding in Costa Rica of international trade regulations, customs procedures, transportation and trade compliance requirements
Project management skills, PMI or FPX Certification is a Plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
English Language: min. 70% (written and oral)
