About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct field audits on employed and contracted engineers and provide feedback
- Offer coaching to motivate allocated field engineers in order to excel in performance
- Ensure that gas and electric meters are installed in accordance with industry legislation and Utilita’s procedures
- Report progress of engineers to the Compliance Manager to help ensure monthly audit KPI’s are delivered
Requirements
- Up to date experience of installing and fixing smart meters
- Good understanding of all relevant British Standards and industry regulations
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in delivering feedback
- CCN1, MET1 or equivalent National PTO from NSAP
- Electric PTO 3-phase electric & medium pressure gas preferred (training provided)
