Act as a culture carrier — protect the bar and represent 1mind in the broader engineering and AI talent market
Requirements
5-8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with strong outcomes hiring senior engineers, AI/ML researchers, and engineering leaders globally
Demonstrated track record placing senior engineers and AI researchers at frontier labs or rapidly scaling AI-native companies
An active, current network in AI engineering and senior infra circles you can tap on day one
Experience as a first-in or among the first recruiters at an early
or high growth-stage startup — you've built recruiting infrastructure (ATS, scorecards, calibration, reporting) from zero
Experience growing engineering teams 5-10x over 1-2 years
Operates like a top GTM hire: pipeline rigor, conviction, urgency, and an obsession with conversion
Deep AI fluency — uses modern AI tools daily as a force multiplier and stays credible in technical conversations with the engineers you recruit
Past experience hiring at companies that scaled rapidly during their breakout phase
Track record building a technical recruiting function from scratch and scaling it as the company grew
Experience and deep technical network in India
Strong writing instincts — your outreach reads like a great founder's, not a generic recruiter sequence
