AdsGency AI is an AI-native startup building a multi-agent automation layer for digital advertising. The Senior Technical Recruiter will own the execution layer of hiring and people operations, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and efficient hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across time zones
- Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS and keep data clean
- Ensure fast feedback loops and candidate follow-ups
- Prepare interview materials and hiring packets
- Help drive offer generation and closing logistics
- Create a high-quality, founder-level candidate experience
- Track hiring funnel metrics (time-to-hire, stage conversion)
- Identify bottlenecks in interview loops and fix them
- Keep hiring managers accountable to timelines
- Support onboarding: accounts, paperwork, first-week setup
- Maintain employee records and basic HR systems
- Assist with payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and compliance
- Support visa-related coordination (OPT / CPT / STEM-OPT)
- Partner with founders and team leads on hiring priorities
- Support headcount planning and hiring calendars
- Help document internal processes as the company scales
