Lead attraction and selection processes specifically tailored to the needs of the operations directorates, contributing to the continuous optimization of HR practices and policies with the objective of increasing the company's attractiveness, reducing turnover, and improving employee retention by aligning HR strategies with the specific needs of construction projects and operations.
Work with internal managers to understand the requirements of open positions, recruiting candidates (internal or external) to fill vacancies.
Conduct profile-alignment meetings with the hiring manager and business partner to understand the area's context, ensuring accurate presentation of matched candidates and verifying that prerequisites are met according to the job description.
Plan candidate sourcing strategies and appropriate screening criteria to ensure alignment with the role profile. Seek and develop partnerships to advertise vacancies with the aim of broadening the pool of qualified candidates.
Contribute to improving interview guides, assessment reports, and the application of group dynamics exercises.
Conduct group assessments, interviews, and business case/tests, evaluating candidates' profiles against the competencies required for the role.
Monitor and ensure time-to-hire and quality indicators for processes under your responsibility, proposing follow-up actions and continuous improvements to increase process efficiency.
Monitor and execute ad hoc projects related to attraction and selection processes to support business planning and growth.
Ensure that attraction policies, and those impacting the area, are kept up to date and aligned with best practices.
Contribute to process and system improvement solutions, aligning process efficiency needs with business requirements.
Act as guardian of People & Management principles and policies and of the company's culture, evaluating desired behaviors aligned with Tenda's way of working. Act as a multiplier and adopt a consultative approach.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree in people management is desirable.
Recruitment & Selection techniques: competency-based interviewing, potential assessment, cultural fit evaluation, group exercises.
