About this role
Role Overview
- Calibration of conversion/processing costs.
- Consistency analyses of manufacturing costs.
- Analysis and monitoring of product cost evolution at the plant.
- Reporting of plant financial results and opportunities.
- Data gathering and monitoring of physical inventory.
- Analyses and meetings with plant managers and facilitators.
- Support to plant managers in the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Monitoring of financial KPIs and other plant-related routines.
- Participate in the development of the WCM methodology (Cost Deployment pillar) and in monitoring the savings capture curve.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
- Previous experience in controllership, FP&A, or managerial accounting.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Experience with SAP.
- Ability to translate data into strategic insights.
