About this role
Role Overview
Lead Sales to achieve our business objectives.
Continue developing the current key accounts in country and acquire new ones.
Open direct accounts or route deals through the channel.
Responsible for Enterprise and large SI/VARs development in France.
Able to drive projects to success throughout the complete Sales cycle.
Achieve high customer satisfaction.
Develop relationships with Supermicro technology partners when needed.
Requirements
College degree or equivalent work experience required.
Strong Sales skills (will do local background check).
10+ years of Sales experience and large deals management.
Proven management skills as will be in charge of a team in one of the largest markets in EMEA.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs.
Flexibility in work schedule.
Must be a self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and eager to grow with the company.
Must have the ability to work from a remote home-office.
