providing legal support regarding the Board of Directors and its committees
monitoring and maintaining awareness of emerging securities law and corporate governance developments

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
8+ years of experience as a corporate/securities lawyer
Attorney Membership in good standing in a state bar with no prior suspensions or disciplinary history
Solid command of relevant legal subject matter with the ability to manage collateral areas of legal responsibility
Effective communicator and collaborative team member
Strong written communication and drafting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Mac/PC and MS Office proficient
5+ advising biopharmaceutical companies (Preferred Qualifications)
