Senior Quality Analyst

Role Overview

• Providing independent quality oversight, risk support, and continuous improvement leadership within the Quality Control Organizations (QCO)
• Ensuring operational work meets established quality standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while supporting strong risk management practices
• Partnering closely with line‑of‑business leaders, risk partners, and other QCO teams to identify control gaps, assess control effectiveness, and execute process improvement initiatives
• Conducting complex quality reviews, analyzing trends, and delivering actionable insights that reduce rework, mitigate risk, and improve overall performance
• Supporting the remediation of open issues and matters, contributing to audits and exams
• Managing projects or special assignments as needed
• Mentoring peers, assisting with new‑hire onboarding, and identifying training needs across the department

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• Preferred systems knowledge: ACBS, CLASS, Tableau, CapitalStream, and DNA.
• It is preferred to also have a working knowledge with Commercial Booking and/or Quality Control review of Commercial loans.
