Role Overview
- Support Kinaxis Maestro implementation through requirement gathering, design, testing, training, and go live
- Act as a Supply Planning subject matter expert and key contributor to Kinaxis Maestro implementation
- Collaborate with IT, Global/Regional business partners, and implementation partners
- Design and deliver training programs on Kinaxis Maestro and supply planning processes
- Participate in change management and user adoption initiatives
- Contribute to global Supply Planning improvement initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in supply chain planning technology
Requirements
- BS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of Supply Chain Planning and Project Management experience
- Experience contributing to Kinaxis Maestro implementations in large, global organizations OR hands-on expertise with Kinaxis Maestro
- Knowledge of Supply Planning principles, best practices, and systems
- Data analysis and visualization skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Training and change management experience
- Flexibility to travel, including internationally, ~20% of the time
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
