Be responsible for enabling the proper and timely use of plans by client beneficiaries
Add and remove users from plans
Advise beneficiaries on using contracted services
Ensure compliance between the client and plan operators/insurers
Process registration updates (additions, changes, and removals) and perform beneficiary reconciliations for insurable and non-insurable benefits accurately and efficiently
Execute database analysis routines to ensure beneficiaries' information is up-to-date and accurate
Resolve beneficiaries' questions about contracted plans clearly, empathetically, and with a solution-oriented approach
Instruct users on how to use available benefits
Assist beneficiaries in locating healthcare providers and service locations
Identify and record issues related to benefit usage
Monitor, log, and follow up on operational failures or access restrictions to benefits
Support the client and plan operators in compliance processes
Prepare reports and presentations for clients
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields (completed or in progress)
Intermediate Excel (functions such as VLOOKUP, creating and analyzing pivot tables, and handling/importing TXT/CSV files)
Previous experience in brokerages, benefits consultancies, or corporate benefits departments
Experience with benefits administrative routines and beneficiary support
Must reside in São Paulo (capital)
Available to work remotely, with occasional temporary on-site placement at the client's location
Preferred: Experience with service management tools and benefits management systems
