Analyze streaming performance across regions, platforms, and content, including subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
Develop and maintain recurring business reviews that communicate key performance trends and opportunities for leadership.
Evaluate content and platform performance to understand content, release strategies, and impact overall business performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams including content, marketing, finance, and regional teams to provide insights that inform strategy and investment decisions.
Conduct cohort and behavioral analysis to understand customer lifecycle trends and long-term value.
Support forecasting and long-range planning through scenario modeling and performance analysis.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
7+ years of professional experience within business insights or a similar field.
Proficient SQL and data analysis skills with experience working with large datasets.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data models, etc.).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Proficient analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business insights.
Experience analyzing subscription businesses, streaming platforms, or digital media preferred.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
