Role Overview
- leads the creation, facilitation and execution of complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- ongoing management of agency resources
- creating, managing and executing campaigns
- collaborates and develops partnerships with various internal and external resources
- tracks, analyzes and evaluates strategic effectiveness of channels and provides recommendations for continued optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- 4 or more years of relevant business support and/or general analysis experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools to include Word, Excel and Access
- Experience building campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Pega
- Analytical experience and familiarity working with channel performance metrics
- Banking industry background
- Process optimization expertise
