Support the annual Long Term Financial Plan (LTFP) process in PDS.
Assist with coordinating PDS Finance to prepare 10-year P&L projection including new product cost development, analyses, reporting, and presentation of key LTFP deliverables to PDS Leadership.
Partner across modalities and matrix teams (BI&A, procurement, Corporate Finance, PDS business) to support ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to inform manufacturing network strategic decisions.
Play key role in Go Team activities including liaison with individual finance representatives in a matrix organization that enables successful supply planning for priority brands.
Partner with Corporate and PDS Business Development teams to develop financial analyses and business cases for various projects, including in-licensing, divestitures, and acquisitions.
Develop, manage, and maintain financial playbooks used to support business needs; provide training and guidance to PDS finance team members tasked with using the playbook and enhance simplification, automation and digitization capabilities.
Monitor and coordinate across PDS Finance the collection of updates to strategic business assumptions and update the related financial models to assess and quantify impact of changes.
Requirements
Minimum education of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field is required.
MBA, CPA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in finance with knowledge of complex financial modeling, and business case development is required.
Ability to understand complex business operations and the associated financial implications.
Requires strong business partnering, communication, and presentation skills; must be able to work with all levels of management.
Ability to work in and manage multiples tasks in a highly pressurized matrix and time-compressed environment.
Highly driven individual with strong analytical skills; prior operations experience and/or cost accounting experience is a plus.
