Manager – Negotiated Agreements and Contracts

Role Overview

• Accountable for the business processes underlying procurement
• Develop and build a data warehouse and decision tools
• Establish processes for quality and timely execution of agreements
• Work with key business stakeholders to develop targets
• Reinforce and implement templates of agreements
• Measure and monitor contract progress, implementation, and value
• Support contract implementation and monitor completion

Requirements

• 8
• 10 years related and progressively responsible experience in procurement and/or healthcare business
• Expert understanding of common legal concepts arising in contracts
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems such as iCertis
• Ability to engage, inspire and drive results through people management
• Strong analytical and customer relations skills
• Understanding of the healthcare market
