Develop and execute a content calendar that balances brand awareness, product updates, industry commentary, and community engagement.
Write, edit, and publish content across formats
copy, short-form video scripts, carousels, stories, and more.
Brief and collaborate with the designer (or do basic edits yourself) to produce polished, on-brand content.
Monitor performance across all channels and report on key metrics
reach, engagement, follower growth, and content effectiveness.
Identify trends, platform updates, and content opportunities before they go stale.
Support campaigns and product launches with social-first content strategies.
Assist with the coordination and basic management of paid social campaigns on Meta (e.g. boosting priority posts, supporting campaign rollouts), working within pre-defined budgets and guidance.
Manage community engagement
respond to comments, engage with relevant conversations, and represent the brand well in public.
Stay on top of compliance considerations relevant to regulated fintech content.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand – corporate or regulated industry experience preferred.
Strong copywriting skills with a feel for tone, voice, and platform-specific nuances.
Comfortable working across LinkedIn, Meta, X, and open to picking up new platforms as needed.
Some hands-on experience supporting or coordinating paid social activity on Meta (full performance ownership not required).
Data-driven mindset: you track performance, draw conclusions, and adjust
not just post and hope.
Experience with analytics tools.
Able to manage your own workload, hit deadlines, and stay organised without heavy supervision.
Fintech, payments, or iGaming industry experience is a strong plus.
Video editing skills or experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, regulated environment where messaging has to be accurate and compliant.
Exposure to other paid or organic social platforms beyond Meta is considered advantageous.
