Audit Analyst, Freight Audit

Role Overview

• Analyze client data and set up the systems needed for smooth shipment audits.
• Identify tricky areas in data and fix operational mistakes to keep things moving.
• Work closely with IT teams to create smart business rules and update technical guides.
• Talk directly with clients to help them set up our tools to fit their specific business needs.

Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of experience working as an analyst.
• You speak and write English well (Upper-Intermediate level) and enjoy working with people from different cultures.
• You are an expert in MS Office, especially Excel, and have strong analytical skills.
• You pay close attention to details, learn fast, and stay calm when working under time pressure.
• Experience using JIRA is a bonus.
• Prior knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry is a bonus.
