About this role
Role Overview
Utilize quantitative and qualitative analytic techniques to develop and execute study plans, with an emphasis on multi-attribute decision making and value added analysis.
Apply trade-off and sensitivity analysis to give options to decision-makers.
Engage with M&S developers and owners of authoritative data in order to use M&S outputs to inform study objectives.
Work directly with data producers of M&S representing key intelligence systems.
Ensure threat and operational environment representations are realistic and robust.
Collaborate with Army Intelligence organizations to establish key stakeholder priorities, to understand organizational and system level requirements, and to ensure the intelligence process is adequately represented.
Conduct cost assessments to inform feasibility studies, budgetary impacts of varying options, and inform trade-off space.
Prepare technical reports of the analytic effort, to include periodic progress reports, executive summaries, and a final report.
Requirements
MS degree or higher from an accredited institution in a technical discipline, preferably Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, Data Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
8+ years experience working in operations research, modeling and simulation, engineering, or other related field.
Expertise in data science, analysis, and visualization.
Demonstrated ability to solve technical and operational problems independently and within a team setting.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with DoW and Army systems and processes.
US citizenship with an active Top Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
