Role Overview
- Build, own, and refine detailed project finance and valuation models
- Support and lead the structuring and raising of third-party debt and equity
- Assess new opportunities in solar PV and storage across Alight’s markets
- Support and lead workstreams cross-functionally including documentation and closing
- Engage with lenders, investors, and advisors throughout transactions
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in investments and/or financing roles
- Strong financial modelling skills with substantial hands-on experience
- Ability to independently build and improve complex project finance models
- Experience working on transactions (M&A, financing, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills; overall proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
