You are responsible for preparatory bookkeeping using Lexoffice, including document management and account reconciliations.
You create invoices and manage all payment transactions.
You perform the monthly VAT advance returns.
You prepare monthly reports and liquidity planning and continuously monitor our cash flow.
You coordinate the annual financial statements in close cooperation with our tax advisor.
You are responsible for payroll preparation and ensure smooth payroll processes.
You manage administrative HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
You administer social insurance and maintain employee master data.
You work closely with our HR and recruiting lead to ensure clean, efficient processes.
You manage the planning of company events and create memorable team gatherings.
Requirements
You have a degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a comparable commercial qualification.
You bring at least 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, finance or operations — ideally in a high-growth company or startup.
You have practical experience in preparatory bookkeeping and in using accounting software (e.g., Lexoffice or similar).
You work in a structured, careful manner and maintain an overview even when handling multiple topics simultaneously.
You take responsibility, set priorities independently and think proactively.
You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., tax advisors).
