Role Overview

• Create and refine information architecture for new websites and redesigns
• Produce sitemaps that align with user journeys and business goals
• Define and document navigation structures
• Build content models/page templates
• Map user flows and key pathways
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs
• Document technology-related information structure

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in Information Architecture
• Proven experience producing IA, sitemaps, and navigation systems for marketing sites
• Strong understanding of UX principles
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with SEO-friendly architecture
• Nice to Have: Experience with CMS structuring (Webflow, WordPress)
• Ability to run or support IA workshops
