Focus: international hospitality, culinary and cultural formats within the premium automotive environment.
You will work closely with clients, partners and a creative team made up of events, editorial and design.
Research, ideation and concept development
Organization and management of high-end events & VIP incentives
Point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Preparation of presentations, briefings, budgets and cost calculations
Participant management and comprehensive event documentation
Contract review, budget control and event accounting
On-site support for events — in Germany and elsewhere in Europe, often on weekends
