You are the primary point of contact for all finance-related questions from the Executive Management and our tax advisor.
You are responsible for the monthly close and ensure that all figures are recorded correctly and with high quality.
You define and continuously monitor the KPIs required to achieve our operational and strategic goals.
You establish ongoing liquidity planning and control to ensure optimal and secure cash flow at all times.
You are the steward of our financial planning and coordinate the quarterly forecast process across all business areas.
You coordinate our monthly performance reviews and evaluate KPI developments from a finance perspective.
You implement a new cost controlling function and create cost transparency in a fast-growing environment.
As a business partner you liaise with all departments and support them with analyses to ensure that business decisions are made on a financially sound basis.
You develop new processes for accounts preparation and are responsible for ensuring that incoming and outgoing invoices are processed digitally wherever possible, posted/coded and paid.

Completed commercial training and/or degree with initial experience in finance and/or controlling.
Strong interest in improvement and process optimization.
Digitally savvy and comfortable using BI tools and ERP systems, with solid Excel skills.
Analytical and strategic thinker who focuses on solutions rather than problems.
Decisive and hands-on mentality.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, enabling you to build robust cross-functional relationships.
Ideally you have experience with Agicap, DATEV and Google Sheets.
