E-commerce Manager

Role Overview

• You manage Shopify projects and work daily in the backend.
• You build collections, organize shop structure, implement features, and think logically.
• You maintain close communication with our clients and conduct conversations in German and English.
• You coordinate developers when things get technical.
• At the same time, you think beyond the immediate scope.
• We support our clients not only with their shop but also with processes, structure, and strategic topics.
• You should be eager to contribute ideas and understand how things are connected.
• And very importantly: you support the team wherever help is needed. We work together, not alongside each other. This is not a pure coordination role — you execute tasks yourself.

Requirements

• Practical Shopify experience, not just theoretical knowledge
• Understanding of shop logic and e-commerce processes
• Confidence in client-facing situations
• Good English
• Ability to work independently without constant briefings
• Ability to stay organized even under fast-paced conditions
• You don't have to be a developer, but you should be technically proficient enough to implement tasks independently.
