Design and further development of modules and applications within an overall system, including aligning technical requirements with business units
Implementation of technical solutions and changes, taking into account system architecture, interfaces and dependencies
Planning, execution and validation of developer and integration tests, and handover to testing, training and requesters
Responsibility for documentation, operation and further development of applications in the context of IT Service Management tools (including subprojects)
Ensuring a stable, contract
and requirement-compliant operation including releases, upgrades and non-regression testing
Analysis and resolution of complex incidents (2nd-level support), including debugging, advisory activities and coordination of external support resources
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience in full-stack development
ITIL Foundation certification and solid knowledge of ServiceNow and supported applications
Excellent programming skills in JavaScript, particularly object-oriented development, and an understanding of software architectures
Strong analytical skills, quick grasp of complex issues and structured problem-solving abilities
Very good German and English language skills, plus teamwork, a sense of responsibility and constructive conflict management
