Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies from approximately 50 employees) across all non-life lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
Maintain client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries
Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tender processes, including comparisons of policy terms and conditions
Prepare for and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with field sales (executive management)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience at an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance in a comparable position
Strong knowledge in at least one non-life line such as industrial fire, commercial/general liability, product liability, etc.
Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk/insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or a relevant degree
Motivation to actively help shape Contrust’s future beyond client servicing and to pursue personal development
