Role Overview
Integration & Transformation: You will work closely with the VP Operations to integrate newly acquired companies and bring their operations up to Ralph’s standards.
Process Design: You will develop playbooks, standards, escalation logic and decision routines for recurring operational situations.
Automation: You will identify manual, error-prone processes and collaborate with Product, Tech and Operations to build improved, automated solutions.
People & Change: You will support new ways of working, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure that changes are effectively adopted by the team.
Execution: You will lead high-impact transformation projects that directly improve efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
Escalation Management: You will step in on complex operational issues, structure the facts and translate them into concrete next steps.
Requirements
Top performance: You completed your degree with excellent results at a leading university and bring at least 2 years of relevant experience from a demanding environment, e.g., consulting, operations, PMI (post-merger integration) or a fast-growing startup/scale-up.
Analytical sharpness: You love data and complex relationships but can translate them into simple, actionable processes.
Bias for action: You have a strong drive to get things done — when you encounter an obstacle, you focus on finding a way forward.
Communication: You are a strong communicator, able to perform confidently in demanding situations, and fluent in German (C2).
Entrepreneurial spirit: You want to understand how to make a business operate better and have no qualms about getting hands-on.
Change mindset: You understand that good processes must not only be built but also explained, implemented and embedded into everyday routines.
